The third spinoff from The Real Housewives’ franchise, following Jo De La Rosa & Slade Smiley’s ‘Date My Ex’ and then of course, the highly successful 3 seasons of Bethenny’s solo show, ‘Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding’, resolves around the wedding plans of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Kim Zolziak to Atlanta Falcon’s Kroy Biermann. Smartly packaged in short 30 minute episodes, the wig raising 7th episode smashed through the 2 million viewer mark, which will no doubt be breached again for the wedding next week. Tardy’s finale drew a whopping 2,347,000 beating both Bethenny’s aired nuptials from 2010 and Jaime laurita’s aired last Sunday on Real Housewives of New Jersey. We’re checking but we think that’s the most watched Bravo wedding EVER! Congratulations Kim and Kroy! With that finale the 9 episode season containing 8 30 minute episodes plus last night 60 finale averaged 1,609,000 and 0.69 in the 18-49 demo. Those are strong non Housewives ratings for Bravo and now their dilemma will be how this can be strung into a 2nd season. Season one of ‘Bethenny’s Getting Married?‘ averaged 1,794,400 in a shorter 10 episode season of which all were 60 minute episodes.

Episode 8 dropped slightly against the previous week’s but still garnered 1.75m viewers to be the 2nd highest episode of the season, and third highest of that week’s Bravo programming. Those strong numbers also pulled Tardy’s season average above 1.5m and ahead of both Bethenny’s 2nd season and 3rd season.
