Rosie Pope, she of the intriguing accent, burst on to Bravo’s screens shadowing expectant parents through the trial and life changes of pregnancy and new parenthood. From her boutique on New York City’s Upper East Side , Pope as a ‘Maternity Concierge’ found a plethora of willing couples seemingly willing to go through the Reality TV ringers and have their quirks exposed for all to see. After a slow start attracting viewers, Pregnant in Heels broke through the 700k mark in its 7th episode, buoyed by a parody skit on sister nets NBC’s ‘Saturday Night Live’.
