The Independence Day holiday week is upon us and not only has it impacted Bravo’s schedules but clearly had a negative impact on its ratings. RHoNJ which last week scored its second highest ratings of this 4th season, plunged on Sunday down to 2,284,000 and a 1.1 in the 18-49 demo. That’s the second lowest ratings of the season since the season low on May 13th. In our projections for this week, we suggested a range of 2.4-2.5m and it scored below the bottom of our range which is down 20% compared to last week. For those who were away this week, you can catch a repeat at 10p, after the Fireworks on Wednesday, and of course at 9pm next Sunday July 8th prior to the 11th episode airing at 10pm.

With Andy Cohen taking another break this week from his Watch What Happens Live studio, Bravo scheduled a one-off special ‘10 Things That Make Me Happy‘. This was produced by Authentic Entertainment, who produce both of Jeff Lewis’ shows Interior Therapy and Flipping Out. Looking at this link on Authentic Entertainment’s website, it’s probably safe to assume that this was a pilot starring Kyle Richards and Jonathon Adler, and that other episodes would be featuring other celebrities. We’re guessing Bravo decided not to commission a full season and that would explain it being aired with little fanfare in the summer season. Predicting the ratings for this was very much a stab in the dark and we estimated a range of 800-999k purely based on the strength on the RHoNJ lead-in. On the face of it, having 978,000 people watch (18-49 demo was 0.4) is a great result however that’s only 43% of the RHoNJ lead-in and based on that low conversion basis we can’t see it getting picked up, can you?

We’ll be back later this afternoon with ratings updates on RHoNY and Miss Advised and so for all the latest updates make sure to follow us @BravoRatings on Twitter and if you are in Facebook please also ‘like’ our Facebook Page
