Scores a Full Seaon

After a very successful three week trial run Derek J, Miss Lawrence and Bevy Smith are back this Sunday April 14th, at 11:30pm for a full season’s run of Fashion Queens. Each week during its trial it gained viewers scoring 881,000 viewers (demo 0.30), 987,000 (demo 0.40) and 1,102,000 (demo 0.50) and so it came as no surprise when Bravo Media announced at their Upfronts last week they had picked it up for an entire season. Wrapped up their Fifth
and Most Watched Season

Last night the finale episode of the fifth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired, and while the Season Three finale with 4,381,000 viewers still holds the finale ratings record, overall this fifth season has avergaed more viewers per episode for its first airing. Bravo PR have just issued a press release from which, while subject to rounding, one can deduce that last night’s finale gained 3,030,000 viewers, up 31% over Season Four’s (rather low rated with just 2,312,000)
Additionally the press release (in full below) states that the reunions will fall over three consecutive Sundays and that the ‘Lost Footage’ episode, now renamed after extensive focus group testing as, ‘Secrets Revealed’ will air on April 28th. Read more
Tuesday night’s Millionaire Matchmaker saw it hit season high ratings for this sixth season as S06E10 scored 1,415,000 total viewers, 824,000 aged 18-49 and the one number we hadn’t previously reported; 918,000 viewers aged 25 to 54.
In the press release, detailed in full below, Bravo Media state that Millionaire Matchmaker is showing a 13% growth over Season 5 after 10 episodes based on Live plus Same Day Nielsen data. Our analysis shows it’s a little less than that; a 10.69% increase, although that might be down to rounding issues. None-the-less, this is a very good season for Patti Stanger and places her firmly in position to be renewed for a seventh season to air in 2014. Read more

After three weeks of averaging less than 2.5m viewers RHoA stormed back to exceed the 3m audience mark for its 5th episode. 3,010,000 viewers tuned in at 9pm Sunday and its 18-49 demo rating grew to 1.50 as Kim Zolciak departed from the show after over four seasons. That audience increase has helped stem the ratings lag against Season 4, but season-to-date it’s still trending down -12.32% in total audience and -16.25% in the 18-49 demo. Still a return to 3m viewers for this episode is a positive sign for both the Atlanta wives and Bravo Media and hopefully that can be sustained throughout the rest of this season, although it will be interesting to see how much ratings are affected by Kim’s departure.
